Vernis & Bowling, an insurance defense firm, seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy defense team. The candidate will draft legal documents, manage e-filing and service, and coordinate attorney calendars and deadlines.

Ideal applicants have at least 3 years of legal experience, direct E&O/D&O or liability exposure, and exceptional written communication. Strong procedural knowledge and meticulous organization are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Direct experience in E&O/D&O, General Liability, Construction Defect, or Commercial Liability is strictly required.
• Strong working knowledge of Florida and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written communication, grammar, and proofreading abilities.
