Responsibilities include managing full-cycle civil litigation from inception through trial preparation, drafting and summarizing key documents, coordinating mediations and depositions, and maintaining precise timekeeping in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Background in insurance defense; General Liability or Construction Defect exposure preferred.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

This role directly supports our insurance defense practice, requiring a self-starter who can immediately integrate into our General Liability and Construction Defect teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of dedicated civil litigation experience.
• Substantial background in insurance defense; direct experience with General Liability or Construction Defect exposure is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High-level written and verbal communication abilities.
