Job summary

Ekspert Counsel in Miami, FL seeks an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support plaintiffs' attorneys in a fast-paced environment. You will manage high-volume case files from intake to resolution, obtain medical records, draft demand packages, and coordinate client communications.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in personal injury paralegal work and strong organizational skills to navigate deadlines and settlements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of personal injury paralegal experience.
• Knowledge of personal injury case management and procedures.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury matters.
• Maintain and manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution.
• Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and other parties involved in the claims process.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records, billing records, accident reports, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with drafting legal correspondence, demand packages, discovery responses, and other case-related documents.
• Coordinate client medical treatment and track treatment progress.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure case files remain accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Prepare case summaries and assist attorneys with settlement negotiations.
• Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and other case-related appointments.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain consistent communication throughout the life of each case.
