AlphaStaff, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Litigation Paralegal / Litigation Legal Assistant in Las Vegas, NV. The role combines paralegal and legal assistant duties within a multi-state finance litigation practice, with a focus on statewide real estate matters.

This is a hybrid position located in-person in Las Vegas. You will manage a caseload from inception to completion, prepare for hearings, draft documents, assist with discovery, and calendar events while ensuring compliance with court

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience handling litigation matters.
• Knowledge of Nevada and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Knowledge of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
• Experience with timekeeping and logging billable hours.
• Experience with California and/or Texas litigated matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigated matters from inception through completion.
• Schedule and prepare for hearings, mediations, depositions, and non-jury trials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, notices, judgments, and trial-related documents.
• Assist with discovery requests and responses, including review, organization, and document preparation.
• Calendar case-related events and ensure practices comply with court rules and procedures.
• File and serve documents through applicable court filing systems.

A client of AlphaStaffHCM is seeking a Experienced Litigation Paralegal / Litigation Legal Assistant for a Multi-State Law Firm to join our expanding Finance Litigation practice, with a strong emphasis on statewide real estate litigation. This is a hybrid position that includes both paralegal and legal assistant job duties.

Work Location/ Hours:
