Job description

We are working with a growing Law Firm, looking to bring on an experienced Paralegal, to join their team. Specifically, they are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience
• Prior experience with discovery, medical summaries, updating adjusters, subpoenas
• Advanced proficiency in legal research tools, document management platforms, and data room management (e.g., Intralinks, Firmex).
• Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex transactions under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Weekly billables 30 hours a week
• Handle 50 cases at a time, once you are ramped up
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence research, perform lien and UCC searches, and prepare federal, state, and local regulatory filings (including Secretary of State filings and annual reports).
• Draft, review, and organize basic contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), closing certificates, and officer certificates.

The annual salary for this position is between 70k-90k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
