Job summary

Boatman Ricci, P.A. is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for our Fort Myers office.

We handle commercial litigation — construction defect, real estate, and partnership disputes — on both the plaintiff and defense side, working in file-based teams rather than single-attorney assignments. The role involves managing full caseloads through trial, coordinating deadlines with attorneys, and supporting trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Prior litigation paralegal experience (civil litigation preferred; construction defect or commercial litigation a plus).
• Strong procedural knowledge and independent case management skills.
• Comfortable with e-filing and legal case management software (Centerbase).
• Based in or able to commute to the Fort Myers area.

Responsibilities
