Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Manage and maintain organized case files and legal documentation.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, witnesses, and other relevant parties.
• Request, collect, review, and organize medical records and bills.
• Assist with discovery, including preparing responses and reviewing relevant documentation.
• Monitor case deadlines, court dates, and filing requirements.
• Prepare settlement packages and assist with settlement negotiations.
• Organize exhibits, evidence, and supporting documentation for trial preparation.
• Provide ongoing litigation and administrative support to attorneys.
