Orion Placement in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our boutique litigation firm. You will support civil and business litigation matters, work closely with trial attorneys, and help prepare cases for trial.

This in-person, full-time role offers a competitive compensation package, health insurance, and 401(k) matching, with 5+ years of paralegal experience and hands-on discovery and trial preparation expected.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience working as a paralegal, with a strong civil litigation background.
• Hands-on experience drafting discovery requests and responses.
• Knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures.
• Experience assisting with trial preparation, exhibits, and trial logistics.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of civil litigation, from discovery through trial.
• Draft, organize, and manage discovery requests, responses, and supporting documents.
• Prepare and coordinate court filings in California state and federal courts.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, document organization, and courtroom logistics.
• Track case deadlines, maintain organized files, and help keep litigation matters moving forward.
• Collaborate directly with attorneys to ensure cases are thoroughly prepared and efficiently managed.
• Contribute to a positive client experience through responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail.
