Job summary

Law Offices of Jim Jeffrey in Arlington, Texas, seeks a paralegal with at least 2 years of civil litigation/law firm experience to join our on-site team.

The role involves file review, e-filing in State and Federal systems, drafting and managing discovery, and liaising with courts, clients and other professionals.

Ideal candidates will have strong typing, writing, and organizational skills; you will support complex litigation from start to finish.

** Job Description:**

Two lawyer firm seeks a paralegal with at least 2 years of civil litigation/law firm experience to join our on-site team in Arlington, Texas.

** Job Responsibilities:**

• File review, organization and maintenance
• Answering calls
• E-filing in State and Federal systems
• Writing, proofreading and document preparation
• Calendar and deadline management
• Discovery preparation and management
• Manage and direct complex litigation files in state and federal courts

Preferred Qualifications
