Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary. Details are below:

• Temporary, full-time role.
• Open to remote candidates in the MN area. Either EST or CST time zone is fine.
• NEED to have experience with briefs, TOAs and TOCs.
• Law practice: commercial lit, construction lit, construction transactions, tax controversy, tax and business planning.
• Familiar with formatting/editing/review briefs. The most important part of this will be creation of the detailed/complex TOA's and TOC's. You must know how to automate and code the TOA's assign headings in the brief and code the heading, again automating the TOA's and TOC's, Must be comfortable updating and automating both.
