Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
  1. Email Management:
    • Review and manage incoming emails throughout the day.
    • Provide end-of-day summaries highlighting pertinent items for the Managing Partner.
  2. Litigation & Administrative Support:
    • Coordinate with courts for filings and scheduling.
    • Prepare and organize legal documents and binders.
    • Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
    • Draft legal documents, including orders, motions, and interrogatories.
    • Assist with arbitrations.
  3. Additional Responsibilities:
    • File documents in the case management system (state and federal).
    • Proactively communicate regarding deadlines and missing information to ensure smooth operations.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy staying busy.
    • Be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Exhibit strong communication skills; be proactive in addressing issues and taking initiative.
