Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks an experienced Legal Assistant for a temporary opportunity with a well-established law firm in downtown Pittsburgh. The role supports attorneys handling litigation matters, with a preference for prior litigation experience and medical malpractice defense exposure.

The candidate will manage case materials, communicate with clients, and assist with case management and discovery.

Qualifications

• Experience as Legal Assistant in litigation is required.
• Strong drafting and document preparation skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage and organize medical records for active litigation matters.
• Assist attorneys with drafting pleadings, motions, and other documents.
• Support discovery responses and document production.
• Coordinate with clients for information, meetings and case updates.
• Maintain attorney calendars and schedule depositions, hearings and appointments.
• Handle electronic and physical case files and ensure proper organization.
• Prepare, edit, and convert documents using Adobe PDF and MS Office.
• Provide general litigation support and administrative duties as needed.
