Qualifications

• Technologically savvy including proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with federal and state codes of civil procedure and litigation processes.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Resourceful and proactive in dealing with internal and external issues.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Ability to negotiate and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Handle mass and class action cases, including calendaring, filing in state and federal courts, draft pleadings, propounding and answering discovery, and trial prep.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, be efficient, organized, and adhere to firm policies.
