Jobot is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney in Los Angeles to manage a diverse caseload including mass torts, class actions, and general litigation such as wildfire cases and bad faith insurance.

The successful candidate will draft briefs, handle discovery per California practice, and play a key role in high-stakes matters with a strong litigation team; competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar membership in good standing.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and collaborate with a litigation team.
• Trial experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, law and motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial.
• Draft high-quality briefs, motions, coverage opinions, and settlement evaluations.
• Handle negotiations, settlement conferences, and mediations with insurers, insureds, and opposing counsel.
