  • Provide support on special projects and other firm‑wide initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including training or mentoring staff and helping oversee team workflow.
  • Strong electronic calendaring and docketing experience.
  • Experience with docketing software such as Compulaw or Milana is preferred.

  • Paralegal experience, litigation support certification, or a strong working knowledge of pleadings, discovery, and motion practice is a plus but not required.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize work for multiple attorneys in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, clients, staff, and vendors.
