Ideal candidates excel in a fast-paced environment, with MS Office and legal tech proficiency, and may have trial support or e-discovery experience. Anticipated salary range: $90K to $100K.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation support experience.
• Experience with court filings, discovery, and case management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms.
• Experience with complex commercial, technical, or intellectual property matters preferred.
• Trial support and e-discovery experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation.
• Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence.
• Manage federal and state court filings and litigation calendars.
• Track deadlines and maintain case files and matter summaries.
• Coordinate discovery, document production, and exhibit management.
• Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Assist with technical, proprietary, and business dispute matters.
• Maintain document management systems and support client communications.
