Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures, including rules of procedure.
• Ability to conduct basic legal research using resources like Westlaw.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, E-File, PACER, and other litigation-related software.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain case files, including indexing discovery and filing documents.
• Schedule meetings and maintain attorney calendars.
• Basic drafting of shell and pre-formatted documents for pleadings, discovery, motions, and orders.
• Coordinate and schedule attorney meetings and maintain calendars.
• Manage high-volume discovery document production.
• Ensure deadlines are captured on attorney calendars and timely filed in court.
• Proofread and format legal correspondence and filings.
