The National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies - Insurance Company (NAMICO) has a new opportunity for a Litigation Examiner in our claims department. The Litigation Examiner is responsible for handling an inventory of Directors & Officers, Fiduciary Liability (ERISA), Insurance Company E&O, Agents E&O, and Carrier & Agency EPLI Claims. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: initial file review, identification of coverage issues, diary, reserving, retention of defense counsel and outside investigators, ongoing review, diary, payment of service bills and final claim resolution. Responsible for preparing loss prevention articles and/or delivering loss prevention seminars and programs as needed or assigned.
