Top Echelon Software, LLC. seeks an experienced eDiscovery professional to support complex litigation matters.

You will manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne analytics, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure, and timely results. Responsibilities include managing intake, processing, loading, production, and archival; configuring RelativityOne databases; ensuring quality control; and safeguarding confidential information with detailed activity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider environment.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency, including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, artificial intelligence, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills when supporting attorneys and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule

Flexibility is required for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and workweeks exceeding 40 hours when case deadlines demand it.
