Job summary

Management Performance Associates supports a prestigious law firm as an experienced eDiscovery professional. You will manage electronic evidence and leverage RelativityOne analytics to support complex litigation, working closely with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure results.

You will translate case needs into practical data workflows, apply AI-driven analytics and scripts, and maintain RelativityOne case databases while helping users with advanced functionality.

Qualifications

• Five years of litigation support experience using Relativity in a law firm or eDiscovery service environment.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency, including workspace management and analytics.
• Familiar with EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Strong analytical judgment and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, artificial intelligence, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and detailed activity tracking.

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider environment.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency, including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills when supporting attorneys and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule

Flexibility is required for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and workweeks exceeding 40 hours when case deadlines demand it.
