Job summary

Magnify is partnering with an established legal organization in Richmond, VA, seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in e-discovery and litigation support.

In this onsite, direct-hire role, you will support attorneys through all phases of litigation, manage ESI and document production, prepare pleadings, and coordinate case materials, contributing to a collaborative legal team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Litigation Paralegal or in litigation support.
• Hands-on e-discovery and document production experience.
• Knowledge of litigation procedures, court filings, and case management.
• Experience with Relativity, Everlaw, or DISCO.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all litigation phases from discovery to trial.
• Manage e-discovery processes including ESI collection and production.
• Prepare and organize pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery requests.
• Coordinate document productions and maintain case files.
• Assist with depositions, hearings, and trials by preparing exhibits.
