Magnify is partnering with an established legal organization in Richmond, VA, seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in e-discovery and litigation support.

In this onsite, direct-hire role, you will support attorneys through all phases of litigation, manage ESI and document production, prepare pleadings, and coordinate case materials, contributing to a collaborative legal team.

Qualificações

** Paralegal – Litigation & E-Discovery**

Magnify is partnering with an established legal organization in Richmond, VA, seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in e-discovery and litigation support. ** What You'll Do**

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial activities.
• Manage e-discovery processes, including electronically stored information (ESI), document collection, review, organization, and production.
• Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Coordinate document productions, maintain case files, and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
• Utilize litigation support and e-discovery platforms to manage large volumes of electronic documents and evidence.
• Assist with depositions, hearings, and trials by preparing exhibits, organizing evidence, and coordinating case materials.
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and external vendors to support case progression.

** Required Qualifications**

• Previous professional experience as a Litigation Paralegal or in a comparable litigation support position.
• Hands-on experience managing e-discovery processes, electronic document review, and litigation document production.
• Working knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery rules, court filings, and case management.
• Experience using e-discovery or litigation support software, such as Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, or comparable platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases, competing deadlines, and confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

** Preferred Qualifications**

• Paralegal certificate or certification from a recognized program; not required.
• Experience supporting complex civil or commercial litigation.
• Familiarity with federal and Virginia court procedures and electronic filing systems.

** Compensation & Benefits**

• ** Salary:** Up to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications; minimum salary to be confirmed.
