Job summary

Boly:Welch is seeking a tech-savvy Litigation & E-Discovery Paralegal with IP experience to support attorneys using advanced software for complex cases.

You will handle e-discovery, document management, and coding of large discovery volumes, while assisting in trial prep with exhibits, witness binders, and presentation materials. Hybrid schedule after in-office training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in IP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong technical skills and AI experience
• Strong knowledge of e-discovery, case management, and complex litigation
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred; Equival ent work experience accepted in lieu of a degree
