Overview:
We are seeking a Litigation Docketing Administrator to join our Litigation team. This position can also be remote.

Key Responsibilities Include:
*Monitor federal and state court dockets.
*Research and calculate rules-based litigation deadlines in multiple jurisdictions in order to docket and enter information into the firm's docketing system.
*Respond to individual requests regarding specific calendar reports and calculation questions.
*Special projects and duties as assigned.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:
*5+ years of recent litigation experience, preference given to candidates with litigation docketing experience using a rules-based docketing software.
*Experience with Minnesota courts a plus.
*Experience with database management, data entry control, and reporting.
*Recent experience docketing and/or supporting litigation in multiple states, both Federal districts and State jurisdictions.
*Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
*Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment, with superb attention to detail.
*Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of firm personnel.
*Ability to problem solve and use sound judgment.
*Self-starer who values collaboration with their team.
