Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Litigation and Dispute Resolution Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our Redwood Shores, CA office. The ideal candidate will handle real estate, fraud, breach of contract, breach of lease, and general commercial litigation matters.

You will appear in court, draft pleadings, and collaborate with a team while delivering excellent client service. A California JD and active license are required, with deposition and court appearance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Active California law license in good standing.
• Deposition and court appearance experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical and drafting abilities.

Responsibilities
