Responsibilities
- Case management of complex commercial litigation matters.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and related legal documents.
- Assist with discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.
- Represent clients in federal and state courts at pretrial, trial, and appellate stages.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective strategies.
