Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to service and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team of professionals.

The role encompasses litigation strategy development, pleadings, and appearance at depositions, mediations/arbitrations, hearings, and trials. California-licensed candidates with 5+ years of civil litigation experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and Bachelor's degree required.
• Licensed and admitted to practice in California.
• At least five years of civil litigation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and develop effective litigation strategies for clients.
• Prepare pleadings and documents; assist in all stages of pretrial and trial tasks.
• Appear at depositions, mediations/arbitrations, hearings, and trials.
