Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Associate degree or 60 semester credits with two years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent with four years of relevant experience.
• A satisfactory combination of education and/or experience equivalent to the above.

Responsibilities

• Manage record requests and ensure timely processing.
• Search for records maintained in agency operations.
• Monitor court deadlines and ensure records are accurate and complete.
• Collaborate with internal and external agency staff on task management.
• Potentially supervise other staff as experience grows.
