• Effective and timely up front review of claims in litigation.
• Appropriate referrals to counsel for defense.
• Direction to counsel and co-management in the strategic defense of claims in litigation.
• Timely and appropriate follow up and documentation.
• Maintaining inventory controls including proper and timely closures of files and active diaries on claim inventory
• Documentation of files in accordance with departmental protocols and provide reports as requested by managers
