Wilson Elser’s St. Louis office seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney to join a dynamic team of litigators. The role involves managing a full litigation caseload from inception to resolution, working closely with partners, and handling court appearances and depositions.

The position offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement designed to balance professional growth with personal commitments and requires a JD from an accredited law school and MO admission, with 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Licensed to practice in Missouri (MO)
• 3+ years of insurance defense/general liability/toxic tort/professional liability experience
• Experience with motion practice, report writing, discovery, and depositions preferred
• Trial and trial preparation experience is a plus
• Superior written and oral communication skills

The Position

Wilson Elser’sSt. Louis office is currently seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team of litigators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
• Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
• Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
