Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in court appearances, trial attendance, mediations/arbitrations.
• Knowledge of premises liability law and ability to evaluate bodily injury claims.
• Knowledge of New York State Insurance Department regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate case(s) and negotiate focusing on settlement.
• Attend and monitor litigated claims including conferences, mediations, and trials.
• Conduct in-depth file reviews assessing damages and liability.
