The New York City office of Kaufman Dolowich, a full-service National Law firm with more than 250 attorneys across 16 offices and over 25 practice areas, is actively seeking an attorney to join our growing Litigation/Insurance Coverage practice group. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced practitioners in a collaborative hybrid work environment.

Our attorneys receive meaningful hands-on experience, direct client interaction, and strong mentorship.

Qualifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar is required.
• 7+ years of litigation and/or insurance coverage experience.
• JD degree with excellent academic credentials.
• Superior legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Litigate cases as part of a team, including court appearances, depositions, and motion practice.
• Draft legal opinions, reservations of rights and DISCLAIMERS.
• Communicate directly with clients, providing timely updates, insights, and strategic guidance.

Base Salary Range: $210,000 - $275,000

Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and does not guarantee a specific offer. Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate’s experience, skills, and job-related qualifications.
