Job description

An active and expanding Northern New Jersey law firm is seeking a Litigation Counsel or Partner to support a busy business litigation practice with sustained demand across ongoing matters. This role is geared toward a driven litigator with eight or more years of experience handling complex commercial disputes who is ready to step into a more meaningful, hands on position within a collaborative, forward thinking platform. You will work directly with business clients across New Jersey, the tri state area, and beyond, taking ownership of matters. This is a role created by increased client demand, not replacement.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience handling partner level business disputes, including shareholder and partnership matters, contract disputes, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. First chair trial experience is required, with exposure to white collar or regulatory related litigation viewed as a plus. You will play a visible role in the continued growth of the practice.

The platform is built for entrepreneurial attorneys who want to operate in a non siloed, high touch environment with direct partner access and meaningful responsibility from day one.
