Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day uncomplicated medical malpractice and general liability claims in active litigation
• Coordinate and supervise defense counsel and process discovery responses
• Prepare case evaluation reports and secure settlement authority
• Assist with employment-related claims and other litigation as assigned
• Maintain claims database with up-to-date information and prepare risk management updates
