Job summary

Collier Legal Search is seeking an L&E in-house counsel for a large, multistate retail company headquartered in Greater Houston, TX. The role requires 2–4 years of employment litigation and commercial dispute experience and is an on-site position with travel as needed.

You will support senior counsel on litigation matters, advise executives on statutes (Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, ADEA), collaborate with outside counsel, and help preemptively address legal risks. Travel as required by the role.

Qualifications

• J.D. licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• 2–4 years of strong tenure within the practice areas described.
• Top grades and experience required.
