Job summary

Trutech Inc is seeking a Litigation and Compliance Specialist responsible for managing pre-litigation disputes and supporting compliance programs. In this dual-function role, you will work alongside the Assistant General Counsel and ensure efficient handling of customer complaints while adhering to laws and regulations.

This position requires at least eight years of experience within litigation and compliance support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in legal parameters, have strong problem-solving abilities, and be skilled in communication to effectively collaborate with various departments within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of combined experience in litigation and compliance support.
• Significant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department preferred.
• Knowledge of civil litigation and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation disputes and develop strategies.
• Support litigated disputes with early fact development.
• Design and implement compliance framework and internal controls.
• Collaborate with customer relations on complaint handling.
