The Litigation CFIUS Paralegal is an integral part of Latham’s Legal, Professional, and Paralegal team. This role will be responsible for providing advanced legal and procedural support to attorneys on complex litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters, handling substantive assignments with limited supervision, while coordinating assignments, priorities, deadlines, and case activities with attorneys and case teams. This role will be located in our Washington, D.C. office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
