The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of a case from inception to resolution, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships.

We are on the hunt for a highly skilled and dedicated Permanent Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team. This role specifically focuses on Lemon Law and Personal Injury, requiring a unique blend of skills and experience. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of cases from intake to resolution. The position involves direct client interaction, legal research, drafting legal documents, and negotiation. You will be working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your skills will be crucial in securing positive outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large caseload of Lemon Law and Personal Injury cases from intake to resolution.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case proceedings.
• Draft, review, and ensure compliance of all legal documentation related to assigned cases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to ensure seamless case progression.
• Utilize your negotiation skills to reach beneficial settlements for our clients.
• Ensure all case management activities are accurately recorded and updated in Filevine.
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations at all times.
• Liaise with insurance companies, medical providers, and other external parties as required.
• Participate in prelitigation processes, assisting in the preparation of cases for trial when necessary.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in case management, specifically in Lemon Law and Personal Injury.
• Proficient knowledge of Personal Injury Law and Legal Compliance.
• Proven experience in prelitigation processes, legal research, and legal writing.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with legal documentation and processes.
• Proficiency in using Filevine or a similar case management software.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage a large caseload and meet tight deadlines.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
