The California Law Firm, APLC is a boutique personal injury litigation law firm and represents injured people in pre-litigation and litigation motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death cases. We provide the highest quality legal representation to our clients. The Firm serves clients throughout the State of California with offices located in Glendale, Bakersfield, Riverside, and Sacramento.
We are hiring a personal injury attorney responsible for pre-lit and lit. You will have the ability to negotiate pre-litigation settlements as well as handle all aspects of litigation from filing lawsuits, conduct written and deposition discovery, expert depositions, law and motion, and trials when needed.

Schedule is full time, with on call and weekend availability when needed. Must have reliable transportation and be a self-starter ready to handle cases under the supervision of the Firm's managing attorney.
Starting salary is dependent upon experience. Discretionary bonus structure for settlements of Firm cases and generous referral fees for cases brought into the firm per State Bar Rules. Paid time off and vacation availability. Discretionary year-end bonus based on performance.
