Cooling & Herbers, P.C. is expanding its Kansas City aviation law practice and seeking an entry- to mid-level litigation attorney to join the team. The ideal candidate has strong writing and communication skills, up to five years of litigation experience, and is licensed in Kansas and/or Missouri.

The firm represents airlines, insurers and manufacturers, offering a combination of collaborative and independent work in aviation-related litigation and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Kansas and/or Missouri.
• Up to 5 years of litigation experience.
• Background in litigation, writing and communications preferred.

Litigation Aviation Attorney

Cooling & Herbers, P.C., is expanding and seeking an entry- to mid-level litigation attorney to join its Kansas City-based aviation law firm. We are looking for motivated and driven litigation attorneys with an interest in building a career in aviation law.

As an internationally recognized aviation law firm, Cooling & Herbers, P.C. provides legal services in both litigation and corporate matters. Join our litigation team to defend airlines, insurers and manufacturers in aviation-related accident and product liability cases and assist pilots with regulatory compliance matters. Our firm offers both a collaborative and independent work environment.

The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years experience, with a strong academic record. Preferred candidates will have a background in litigation, writing and communications skills. Pilot/aviation experience is desired but not required. Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Kansas and/or Missouri.
