The role requires 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in family law, with excellent written and oral skills. You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to deliver effective legal strategies.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Virginia state bar license.
• 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in family law.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.

• Knowledge of state court procedures.
