Job summary

Melone Hatley, P.C. is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our Texas legal team. The ideal candidate will handle court proceedings, conduct thorough research, and draft pleadings and motions for family law matters.

We expect strong writing and oral advocacy, the ability to manage caseloads efficiently, and to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team. The role is based in our Texas offices with a client-focused practice and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school is required.
• Texas state bar admission is required to practice in the state.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities are essential.
• Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills are expected.
