This opportunity at a well-established, multi-state law firm invites a VA/MD barred attorney to join a high-volume, hands-on litigation team focused on commercial and consumer matters.

Attorneys manage cases from inception through resolution, appear in court, and interact directly with clients. The firm offers strong compensation, no billable hour pressure, and a hybrid in-office training model with 2–3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Active bar admission in Virginia or Maryland.
• Litigation experience in creditors' rights, collections, or bankruptcy is a plus.
• Ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial and consumer litigation matters.
• Appear in court and represent clients in hearings.
