Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including case strategy and day-to-day development.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents, while handling discovery, depositions, hearings, negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and senior attorneys on sophisticated litigation matters.
• Represent clients in civil and governmental proceedings while taking meaningful ownership of assigned matters.
