GPAC (Growing People and Companies) is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our Manchester, NH team. The attorney will handle insurance and breach of contract matters, represent clients in court, and provide expert legal advice.

You will conduct legal research, draft pleadings and documents, and work with colleagues to achieve client objectives while maintaining meticulous case files. The ideal candidate holds a JD, bar admission, 3+ years of experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• State bar admission in good standing.
• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide informed and strategic advice to clients.
• Draft pleadings, contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents.
