Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Attorney to join its Proposition 65 practice in Washington, DC. This non-partnership track position involves handling complex product liability matters and class actions with a national reach.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm, with exposure to Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, or related complex commercial litigation. DC bar admission or ability to waive in is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, or complex commercial litigation is a plus.
• California state court experience is advantageous.
• Previous federal clerkship is beneficial.
