Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Raleigh seeks an Attorney to join its Proposition 65 practice. This non-partnership track position sits within the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group.

The role requires a California bar admission and the bar in the resident jurisdiction, a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, and preferably exposure to Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, or complex commercial litigation. A hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) is required.
• Bar admission in California and the local jurisdiction where you reside is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, or complex commercial litigation is a plus.
