Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in New York City is seeking a Litigation Attorney for its office. This is a non-partnership track role within the Proposition 65 practice, part of the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group.

Candidates should have 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm, with exposure to Proposition 65, consumer class actions, or complex commercial litigation. California bar admission is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class actions, or complex commercial litigation is a plus.
• California state court experience is advantageous.
• Previous federal clerkship is beneficial.
