Job Title: Litigation Attorney – Professional Liability

Location: Hybrid-Remote (San Diego, CA 92130)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our Professional Liability Practice. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside highly accomplished attorneys on a diverse range of complex professional liability cases, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow their legal expertise while contributing to the success of a well-respected firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with skilled and experienced attorneys to represent clients in professional liability litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.
• Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on professional liability and business litigation matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 3-10+ years of experience in civil litigation or relevant legal experience.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $130,000-$280,000+, commensurate with experience.
