Job Title: Litigation Attorney – Business Litigation & Professional Liability

Location: Hybrid-Remote (San Diego, CA 92130)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our Professional Liability and Business Litigation Practice. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside highly accomplished attorneys on a diverse range of complex business litigation and professional liability cases, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow their legal expertise while contributing to the success of a well-respected firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and represent clients in business litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials
• Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on professional liability and business litigation matters

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation or relevant legal experience

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
